Where do we meet for the hot air balloon flight?
Meeting locations vary slightly based on wind conditions, but we typically gather at Julie's Dream Winery. We will send you exact coordinates 24 hours prior to your flight.
What should I wear for a morning flight and wine tour?
Dress in comfortable layers. Early mornings in Temecula can be brisk, but it warms up quickly. Closed-toe shoes are required for the balloon launch field.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Safety is our absolute priority. If wind or weather conditions prevent a safe flight, we will notify you immediately to reschedule or offer a full refund for those that purchased tour protection when purchasing the tickets .
Are there any physical requirements for the balloon ride?
Guests must be able to stand for the duration of the 45-60 minute flight and climb into the basket. Unfortunately, wheelchairs cannot be accommodated in the balloon.
Can we bring our own cameras or bags?
Small cameras and phones securely strapped to you are welcome. Large bags or backpacks must be left behind to ensure everyone has comfortable space in the basket.
